Administrative Structure of the College of Early Childhood Education

1- Student Affairs, represented by:
A- Suad Ahmed Mustafa, Head of the Student Affairs Department
B- Salwa Ahmed, Treasury Officer
C- Mohamed Abdullah, Registrar
2- Alumni Affairs, represented by:
A- Iman Mohamed Al-Bakri is in charge of the Alumni Department
B- Hiyam Mahmoud Mohammed is responsible for reviewing graduates and registration

A - Amal Samir is responsible for the affairs of faculty members and employees of the college.
B- Abdel Moneim Ahmed Abdel Wahid is in charge of benefits.
- Archive Department, represented by:
A- Shahinaz Al-Tabaei is in charge of the archives
- Financial Affairs Department, which includes:
1- Procurement 2- Warehouses, represented by:
A- Nabil Ali Dahi, in charge of purchases and warehouses
B- Rasha Abdel Moneim is a permanent storekeeper
C- Abdulrahman Abdullatif, a consumable storekeeper
- Budget, represented by:
A- Susan Ahmed, Budget Officer
- Student Welfare Department, which includes the following activities:
1- Sports and artistic activities
