Goals Strategic Objectives of the College of Early Childhood Education
 (First Objective)
“Preparing teachers for early childhood institutions who are knowledgeably and professionally qualified and able to compete in the labor market in a creative and innovative manner”
Strategic objectives:
1- Preparing early childhood teachers with specifications commensurate with the requirements of the labor market.
2- Providing a fruitful scientific and cultural level for students and workers in the field of early childhood and keeping them abreast of modern educational trends.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Implementing an effective academic counseling system at the college.
1-2 Supporting quality programs to attract incoming students.
1-3 Developing the capabilities of female students and graduates and preparing them to compete in the labor market
 Labor market.
2.1 Updating programs and courses to develop the capabilities of female students at the college.
2-2 Creating an attractive and flexible learning environment.
2-3 Nurturing talents and encouraging students to innovate and create.
2-4 Evaluating the educational process according to national quality standards.
 
(Second Objective)
“Improving the scientific research system”
Strategic objectives:
1- Building a research plan for the departments and the college.
2- Conducting the required educational and psychological research, upgrading scientific research and employing its results.
Sub-objectives:
1-1-1 1-1 Activating distinguished postgraduate programs.
1-2 1-2 1-2 Developing specialized study programs, according to the needs of the labor market and to attract expatriates.
2.1 Stimulating the scientific productivity of faculty members and supporting staff.
(Third Objective)
“Improving the level of faculty members at the college”
Strategic objectives:
1- Stimulate the efficiency of the faculty members.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Enhancing the skills of faculty members and support staff
1-2 Providing a work environment based on adherence to the rules and ethics of the profession
 Free from violence and prejudice.
(Fourth Goal)
“Active participation in community service”
Strategic objectives:
1- Serving the community.
2- Achieving integration between the college and the external community.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Contributing to solving community issues.
1-2 Supporting the activities of the Training and Consulting Center and producing artistic works 
 For childhood.
1-2 Spreading the culture of volunteer work among the college students.
2-2 Increasing community awareness of contemporary issues.
 (Fifth Objective)
“Improving the quality of the technological development of the educational system”
Strategic objectives:
1- Developing the infrastructure of the college in line with quality requirements.
2- Developing the learning environment and enhancing it with modern educational technology.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Supporting the technological infrastructure of the college.
2.1 Promote an advanced and up-to-date learning environment.
2-2 Integrating educational technology into the educational process effectively.
(Sixth Objective)
“Raise the status of the college locally and regionally”
  Strategic objectives:
1- Developing the current programs and curricula for systems engineering and work procedures in line with local and regional trends.
2- Participate in local and regional conferences to diversify sources of income.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Develop academic programs and institutional accreditation of the college.
2.1 Motivating faculty members to publish in scientific journals with 
      impact factor.
(Seventh Objective)
“Ensuring the quality of institutional performance and continuous development”
Strategic objectives:
1- Raising the efficiency of the administrative apparatus and production units to develop their performance.
2- Developing the college's own resources.
Sub-objectives:
1-1 Defining work procedures and an organizational structure that promotes transparency and justice.
1-2 Periodic maintenance of material resources that support educational effectiveness.
2.1 Continuous self-evaluation.

أهداف كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة:

1) إعداد معلمة للطفولة المبكرة بمواصفات تتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل .

2) خدمة المجتمع المدنى من خلال تقديم دورات وورش عمل فى مجال الطفولة المبكرة للقائمين على امر الطفل فى هذه المرحلة.

3) تقديم مستوى علمى ومهنى وثقافى مثمر للطالبات والعاملين فى مجال الطفولة المبكرة ومسايرتهم للإتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة.

4) إجراء البحوث التربوية والنفسية المطلوبة والإرتقاء بالبحث العلمى وتوظيف نتائجه .

5) العمل على تطوير أساليب وإستراتيجيات التدريس واستحداث أساليب جديدة .

6) تطوير البنية التحتية للكلية بما يتناسب مع معايير الجودة.

  2. تقديم مستوى علمى ومهنى وثقافى متميز للطالبات والعاملين فى مجال الطفولة المبكرة ومسايرتهم للإتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة.
  3. خدمة المجتمع المدنى من خلال تقديم دورات وورش عمل فى مجال الطفولة المبكرة للقائمين على أمر الطفل فى هذه المرحلة .
  4. تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات مع الهيئات والمؤسسات التعليمية والثقافية المصرية والعربية والدولية والتعاون معها فى القضايا الدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك .
  5. تقديم المشورة الفنية للأفراد والمؤسسات في مجالات التخصص المختلفة .
  6. تطوير البنية التحتية للكلية اللازمة لرفع كفاءة العملية التعليمية وجودتها بالكلية .
  7. مشاركة اعضاء هيئة التدريس لنشر ابحاثهم دوليا للتصنيف العالمي للكليات .
